I just played it the other day for my first time ever(on ps4 tho), and I have to agree.
I hate the storyline of resident evil, i don't care about racoon city or jill or any of that shit, and this game mostly stayed away from it.
it's just a really well designed game.

I'm currently going through the game on PC. I just backed out because I was in one of those spots where the game just starts to crawl. I'm still in the first chapter trying to get into the church and having a blast.

Way different from RE1, but I already knew that. I wish I wasn't jumping in at 4 but RE1 just isn't for me.
