They have no reason to fight, there's no rivalry between them at all.
And 2B is a vastly inferior A2 combat-wise.
Now thanks to concert script we know that A2 and 9S always were kinda assholes to each other all the way since prototype #9 stabbing prototype #2 or 9S being sent to kill A2 in the past and only failing because of his lack of experience and cocky nature as even she admits that his hacking is dangerous.

2B is a derivative of A2, her entire personality was shaped by 9S, and their relationships are outright stated in their weapon stories. Two people in love deliberately distancing away from each other so their love would hurt less.
