Because, at this point, the people who draw her, write her words, and animate her movements have years and years of anime themes to draw upon. They know what fans react to because it's the stuff that makes the most money and gets talked about the most. There is a team of mostly men coming up with each character and figuring out how to make her say and do things that will be endearing to consumers. That's why she's perfect. Years of anime evolution has brought us to this point. So many other characters act the same way but look slightly different with each artist (most of the time) having a different style to draw in. They just appear in different senarios.

I'm not shitting you enjoying her character or anything, I don't see a problem with it, but, this is why she's so perfect.

Want to get in the series but don't know if I should get GR1 before 2 or should I jump straight into 2 because I hear gameplay-wise is much better.

Personally I wouldn't say GR2 is much better, it's just more. It has more features and is more robust, but at the same I thought 2 felt clunkier. It also has an unhealthy obsession with sections that strip you of or limit your powers.

I'd say play the Remastered first, 2 is very close to being a direct continuation of 1. Lots of references. And 1 is just a great game in its own right.
