Timesplitters 2
Metroid Prime
Paper Mario 2
Luigi's Mansion
Wind Waker (HD might be better, I don't remember enough to really compare)
Starfox Assault (unpopular but I like it)
Godzila: Destroy All Monsters
Spiderman 2 and Ultimate Spiderman
James Bond games (From Russia With Love and Agent Under Fire are the ones I can personally rec)

Mario Sunshine and Eternal Darkness are the only games I remember not being worthwhile, plus DK Jungle Beat might not be great without the bongo controller and Simpsons Hit & Run gets real old real fast.
