99% of 11 is 10.89. Which is higher than 10. The green sword is better overall dps.


In 1,000 swings the red sword will do 10,000 damage.

In 1,000 swings the green sword will do on average 10,890 damage. with a cap of 11,000 damage and almost no chance of doing less than 10,000 damage.

Through an entire game the green sword will slowly gain more and more over the red sword. If you only swing your sword 1,000 times in a game it'd be a pretty fucking short game.
