There is no reliable FTL that does not include the Warp except for Necron Inertialess Drive which I don't even think is Canon anymore.
The Baneblade was never considered light tank and were made designed and manufactured during the Great Crusade, not during the Golden Age of Humanity.
Digital weapons are rare but not unreproducable and aren't stronger then the weapons they emulate, just much much smaller.

It was all lost when the AIs that humanity used to build and man their machinery and fight their wars revolted and corrupted most of the tech and the STCs to create them. Not only did this force humanity to destroy all their tech that used advanced AI (pretty much all of it) it created a permanent Stigma against the technology that lasts until the current point of the setting. Then the Age of Strife happened.
