First of all, Emily Rogers leaked this game during the same set of leaks where she announced BGE2 would be shown at the Switch reveal stream, it'd be a timed exclusive for the Switch, and that the real leak that showed up on /v/ was all fake.

Secondly, she also backpeddled very recently on that and said Rabbids X Mario was no longer an RPG, was stripped of all the Rabbids, and was turned into Super Mario Odyssey without any Ubisoft involvement.

Third, Kotaku has as much credibility as my ass when it comes to actual gaming journalism

Fourth, you cannot tell me of a single person over the age of 9 that would be hyped for a Rabbids game in general, or a single person under the age of 9 that wants to play an RPG

And finally, fifth, after the way Ubisoft consistently and blatantly fucked Nintendo over during the early Wii U days while running their mouths about how bad Nintendo and their system was, do you honestly think Nintendo would let them develop a MARIO title?

I like the new Rayman games, they're far better than the New Super Mario Bros games for example. His 'Wild' game looks pretty comfy too so far.

People seem to like his King Kong game as well, but I haven't actually played that.
