OP here. I am still on the first mission as I have only played for about 30 minutes. But here is a quick rundown.
>do prologue to show you how to do shit
>first mission is in Georgia, the country, pic related
>you can drive in some shitty vehicle that goes only 50 mph at max, most other vehicles are locked but don't know if that changes later on
>you have to account for drop and wind resistance while sniping, don't know about AR's though
>all the guns are based after real guns but don't use the real name but are exact replicas, the AK-47 is called AKA-47 for example
>ammunition can be bought, and crafted with other shit
>they are different types of ammunitions, snipers have the most diverse types
>you have your safe house to do a bunch of shit

I'll buy it on sale for 10 bucks. I just wish less games resorted to this formula. Wildlands, Far Cry, Homefront, Metal Gear, etc. It's just so fucking repetitive and unfun after you get your gear upgraded

It's seems like a finely executed game for what it is, but I'm utterly sick of the concept. It's getting really shitty when the best way to describe a game is to compare it to a few other games with similar formulas mashed together, this game is open world ubioft formula with Sniper Elite sniping and Far Cry like driving and gunplay with a drone from a Tom Clancy game, it feels like a bunch of other games mashed together. Sure the maps have gotten bigger and there's new mechanics but it's the same shit I was doing back in Far Cry 2 basically and that was how many years ago.

Not that it matters, more recent trailers show they actually fixed it and it only fires the bullet, not the entire cartridge without a struck primer.

I'm not sure anyone will agree on this kind of analogy because it's so subjective.

This game has about 25 missions and 10 or so side missions. There are just under 200 "points of interest" which can be random enemies or collectibles. It definitely can get repetitive but there are at least 20-30 different scenarios so it's not just copy/paste even though there is quite a bit of recycled content. It has 3 maps and like 30 guns to collect. You decide.

It does have a long load time even on my ssd. But it looks good (except for cutscenes) and I have not experienced any bugs such as rain indoors, etc.
