Also that retard probably wiped informations that will NEVER be found again. So it's literally a big deal. Like, he could have legit deleted a part of gaming history for a very shitty rig.

Not really, lack of xbox emulation is cause by it's hardware from the CPU down to smaller things like the sound media unit, the underlying OS etc. being very hard to reverse engineer right. CPU not reverse engineer but it is hard to emulate x86 on x86. In case of xbox which addresses the CPU in unique way you either need to crack the whole CPU instruction set to be emulatable - which is not easy for a X86 platform of any kind. Other is to crack the OS completely and make a virtual machine address modern CPU in right way but then again we have the old RAM and old CPU mehtods xbox uses which are most likely not compatible with modern hardware etc.


TL;DR: Someone who spent years working on making a Xbox emulator explained and it has been reposted time and time again why Xbox emulation is not reality. One dead Dev kit would not have saved emulation situation for xbox at all.


Not only that but it's not like I have to personally care that much, I have a see-through green Xbox with custom firmware ready to fire some metal wolf chaos at my whim.
