They need to repurpose a lot of them. Utility confidants like the fortune teller and to a lesser extent, the teacher are virtually REQUIRED for a blind playthrough if you want to max anything. Meanwhile you get absolute shit ones like Ohya and Iwai. They need to rethink even party member confidant skills too. What the fuck were they even thinking with Haru seeing as how we get her SO LATE, you get like a handful of uses out of that? Bitch please, I can have the teacher make me curry/coffee every night rather than wait for shit ass crops to grow.

I think one of the things they could do is maybe enhance negotiating with them for a Persona. I.E. at X rank either the right answers are highlighted or you're given an answer which will work and overrides the others. At Y level you can blackmail demons into joining (maybe it gives an item/fusion item or something when they join). At Max you can recruit demons at a higher level. I don't know, something like that.

I kept thinking about how they should have re positioned enemies and put them on "alert" and had you do a victory lap run through the dungeon when stealing the treasure. Could have been cool instead of just teleporting in.

I purposely looked up what each confidant gave before I invested time in them. I know that technically isn't doing the game blind but when you have such a HUGE gap between usefulness like the fortune teller compared to Ohya, I feel absolutely justified in doing so. Fortune teller and Kawakami allowed me to max everyone and my stats along with provide me with a metric fuckton of SP restoratives. Was slightly disappointed in Kawakami though, the free class time didn't happen nearly enough (maybe 6 times total?) and the massage thing didn't work for any palace visits that force you into a story event that puts you back in your room.

A lot of times I ran into confidant blocks that required stats I didn't focus on and wasted a lot of time on side activities getting those up. It is pretty hard to get everyone max completely blind without some MAJOR saving/reloading on a week by week basis. A lot of plot related scheduling fucks up your planning and locks you out of things you plan on doing.

Well I don't think they designed the game to be complete the slinks in one playthrough. I figured that's why you get the item from your romance to boost social interactions on the next playthrough.

But for those who can still fight shadow minibosses in Momentos - fuse a persona with Confuse Boost, Pulinpa, and High, at least 20+, luck.

Cast Pulinpa until the miniboss is confused - usually will happen on the first try, if not then by the third - and just wait as he spills items and 50k yen every turn.

Keep Pulinpa up of course, and only use Joker so you get money quicker.
