Flash bomb is super useful though, most enemies are susceptible to it and get bodied in the ensuing tech damage. Nuclear is also a great offensive type (And while inferior to Ann Makoto still rock solid) and almost no enemy deals psy damage. Compared to wind which sucks and having a lightning weakness. Makoto also tanky as fuck, without full buffs and debuff Morgana dies to a slight breeze. The better healing is never even worth it for Mona except the early game since he gets party heal first. Miracle punch is the only reason to use him in the active party.

After that she keeps escalating it and on the 18th after the exams and the Madarame story stuff she starts stalking you.
On the 20th she mustered up the guts to follow you out of school and is seen talking to a female Shujin student in the Underground Mall.
I'm still working on documenting when she does things like this. You can also talk to her student council henchmen and they will update on her plans and the guys in the library will talk about how she's no longer studying and has started reading detective literature and stuff.
