The only good alien is one that will respect my ways and culture as I respect theirs.

I love the xenos in ME 1, particularly the Turians and Elcor. I can look at them all and readily believe their designs and codex info. It's also fun to interact and learn more about them. We have enough in common as species that we can share culture n shit, but still retain the difference that make us unique.

Based on the marketing for Halo 5, I was hoping ONI would play a sinister role in it. But nope.

I like aliens based off of highly intelligent animals on earth, basically the species that could be dominant species instead of us. Like octopus or bird aliens are always cool as hell to me. I'd love to see pig aliens but I can't think of anything that had pig aliens.

I don't particularly judge by appearance, but I can respect them culturally outside of the religious aspect. Before being brainwashed into being the warrior type, they did focus on advancements such as medical technology.

Good thing about flood buddies is that as long as they didnt time out and suicide they were living, pulsing, making their noises

I managed to find a spot on one of the crashed pelicans on High Charity while playing H2:A where I could stare at infection forms skittering around below me without them jumping up at me or timing out and dying

In concept they're amazing, especially post-Forerunner Trilogy. It doesn't really translate to the games though where they just run at you.
I know Bungie intended the Flood in Halo:CE to have AI just as complex as the Covenant but they ran out of time, however it never happened in the later games either.
