IRL I'd say STR but in fantasy definitely dex.

In a world where there are ogres and dragons and shit you just can't take everything the world throws at you.

To be honest when I think dex I think of someone who's decently strong to begin with but also agile. When I think str I imagine someone who just never stopped getting bigger and is thus able to punch a hole in a truck.
