You have to be retarded if you think D3's final boss was well implemented. Just ebcasue it was unique doesn't mean it's good. Forcefully removing the camera in awkward angles is artificial difficulty as well as still fucking you over with a black screen which nobody could see coming

It wasn't unique at all, it was a rehash of the D1 final boss fight.

As a game
Automata > Nier > Drakengard 3 > Drakengard (though I preferred the open flying in Drakengard over the on rails bits in 3)

Personally
Nier > Drakengard > Automata > Drakengard 3

Automata is great, Nier has a great story and has passable, but not terrible gameplay. D3 has a very hard to follow story and is just a button masher gameplay wise. DoD1 is a horrible experience but the story is nice and the bad gameplay is probably intentional.

I liked D2 more than any of those because it reminded me of Panzer Dragoon

I don't see automata as being much better than the first nier in terms of gameplay, kinda makes me think the first one would of been better received if it just spent a little longer in the oven. Then again I did like the first nier despite it's flaws.

Drakengard 1 is probably the best if not for the gameplay. The story is pretty crisp and isnt bogged down by a bunch of bs, everything does what it needs to do.
