Yeah, except the graphics are 3D. The first game was mostly 2D sprites.

Both Tomba games are 2D platformers with loose RPG elements, in that there's a lot of quests and sidequests to do, new weapons, items and equipment to find, and a lot of hidden secrets. You'll definitely get your money's worth with either one.

I remember never finding the ring from that mining town quest and right under the slot of that quest there was a blank spot for a second quest I never found.

Only things that kept me from 100% the game, still slightly upset.
