Thanks for the replies! I never played the Puyo Puyo games and I would definitely try it in Puyo puyo Tetris. I was just afraid I'd waste my money in case I can't get into it.

Fusion and Party are pretty shitty. I kinda wish there was more in terms of modes for this game. Tetris feels great, Puyo is great, Swap is great, Fusion is a bit of a mess for everyone. Especially bad for newcomers who are only just learning Puyo Puyo.

One of my family members is colorblind, are there more color options for that or do we need to unlock the RBGY set? It really sucks when the garbage looks the same as the blue in one of them.

The first few stages. The AI is piss easy though, so you can blast through the levels in less than a half hour before you start hitting Puyo. It's a pretty even split. Even if you don't want anything to do with Tetris, you can just play Puyo online.
