I did and I could notice that the characters couldn't pronounce simple names correctly and put emphasis on the wrong syllable a lot of the time, but I heard that they were told to do that by the localization team.

Honestly, it comes down to just understanding what characters are saying during cutscenes. The delivery was pretty good all around when it needed to be. Akechi's unhinged meltdown boss battle was pretty well done too.

It could have been better, but it never soured my experience of the game.
