Our packs are like 30kg when light. Some specialists go up to 50kg.
As a CM, I was on about 40kg. But I met some Marines who were at about 50kg.
Even with 30kg, spending a whole day exercising and doing combat drills were exhausting. The woman in question, couldn't even do it for half a day. She ended up getting transferred to an Artillery Squad where she basically sat in a trench all day.
