To fully activate Reflection it takes 20 points, and it's a rather rare skill to find on gems. Even then it is only a flat 48 MV attack every time you block that can't crit.
Of course it's a MAD so what you'll be seeing is all the sick ass blocks that actually do something.

Putting it on a GS is more a joke than anything since it has a less stable block and consuming that sharpness doesn't help at all, but on a Lance or GL it can do some great work.
Makes for some pretty neat killshots when you block silly things like lightning bolts.
