The current Royals guild is a circlejerk of 6-7 high level retards who are about as fun as staring at a lamp post. You will be 100% alone in that guild; nobody will PQ/level with you. You should never join guilds that have existed for more than a few weeks.

MapleSilver is the other option, I think 3-4 people are playing right now, but I'm not sure it'll last long. It's still a much better bet than Royals.
