TTYD is really overrated.

The dungeon design is a couple notches below the first. Piss easy. Characters are one-note besides Vivian and Bobbery. Humor is really hit and miss.

It still ranks as one of my favorites, but it's definitely not one of the best games ever.

That was earlier on, they got spread out as the voting period went on. The site itself has also always been glitchy, showing games in different orders when you refresh and lying to you about where your votes moved them. Sometimes it'd even show duplicate games (which don't exist in the list itself, just a UI issue) and have some games missing. Use the search bar to sort them manually, which seems to be more reliable.

I don't really care for TES lore, at least not the metaphysical stuff everyone likes to talk about, but Morrowind is still one of my favorite games. There aren't many other open world RPGs that can give you as much freedom and customization, and let you live with the consequences of your choices to encourage replayability instead of carefully guarding everything that could interfere with the story the developers want to tell you. My only complaint is that the world is too static, so it's hard to find the same joy in exploration once you know where all the good stuff is hidden after playing through it a few times.

I like Undertale, too, but I wouldn't really consider it a contender for the greatest games of all time, even if there are some other questionable entries on the list.
