As long as there is a significant historical event going on during the plot, I'm fine with it.

Even though I liked Ezio, my favorite AC games so far have been 3 and Unity, thanks to the historical events that have been going in the background.

You know what would be great?

A couple of missions that involve your assassins. You can watch them do their first kill, when they do xyz, etc. Eventually, you'll get this random missions. ''Mentor, I need to go to A place, because theres B thing in there''. You can go with them, but you get to choose to skip the cutscene (directly into the mission), or talk as you reach point A (you get to know a little bit of everything from your aprendice)

This missions will get harder and harder, up to the point that you'll have to go with 2 or 3 super advanced aprendices. If they succeed, they become your best friends, your personal harem, or your 2 best waifus

If you fail, one of them can get badly injured (leaving you for a long time), die (leaving you forever), or simply, dissapear (a random mission could appear, and the assasin could re-join, leave you behind, or join the templairs and try to kill you)


Something like this was made for Shadow Of Mordor (when a captain/warchief speaks, they where very unique in someway or another)
