Anyone else who enjoyed SotC and ICO think this is going to be extremely mediocre?

Yep. I can't think of any game that was stuck in development hell for years and turned out good
>>322342842
You obviously haven't played those games. The Last Guardian wont be mediocre.
>>322342939
Same. After all this time you'd think they would have something special, then they showed you walk a big dogbird along a bridge and do "uncharted suspense" jumps.

Sure, whatever fanboy.

That's how I felt after the e3 showing.
It looked nice but was super generic co-op puzzle solving
>>322342842
It's a compromise on the original vision nobody wants to make anymore.
Sony is just forcing it out because they have no games
I hated ICO but I loved SotC. This looks more like ICO with a giant fuzzy dog thing, so I will most likely skip it.

That's the impression I have aswell.

Loved SotC and ICO but I do not have high hopes for Last Guardian.
I'm looking forward to TLG but not with any high expectations
just looking for a chill puzzle game with a lot of atmosphere nothing crazy, I think it can at least deliver on that
Didn't like ICO due to shitty companion AI, I'm horribly afrad the same will happen to this game
Vapourware
I expect this game to have better gameplay and story then ICO by leaps and bounds. With deep and meaningful story about friendship I'm looking forward to feels.
Why would anyone doubt the direction of Fumito Ueda he's not an amateur?
