free roaming around the citiy has nice detail
its funny too, i am a pessimist and it made me laugh

For 20 bucks, it's halfway decent. Make sure to get either ps4 or pc version. Avoid ps3 and vita version.

ps4 and pc has better frame rates and much more crowded scene with many npcs walking around.

PC version gives me CTDs every 15 minutes, what's the deal?
