You can make yourself one in Sandbox games like Second Life or Garry's Mod.
Also, a DLC character or two in Killing Floor count as cyborgs
Guilty Gear and Blazblue both have playable cyborgs.
On an extreme technicality, PSO2 is all cyborgs, and not actually robots.

Am I the only who thinks One Punch Man is extremely boring?

Pretty cool game

Multiplayer is sort of dead (there are like 1-2 servers with 3 people on each or no servers at all)

but you can have a grapple hook arm and stuff
