One thing I really wonder about is how much recorded dialog was cut since they had to rewrite a good chunk really late in production because they were running out of time and Activision wanted the game out the door the moment the embargo on the source engine was up.
Originally there was a huge Sabbat part of Bloodlines, being able to join them instead of the Camarilla.
Was fucking ages ago but remember reading about at least a 5th hub that was Sabbat controlled. Think it was Mexico City or something like that, but how far they got on that I never know. Maybe it was just planned if they had more time.

But still, I'd take a fixed Bloodlines with improved gameplay in a heartbeat.
