There's a lot of real detail and anatomy in B, but it is cartoony enough to avoid any kind of uncanny valley type feel, and it generally looks awesome. It looks like an awesome comic book character.

A looks like the cartoon version of an awesome comic book character. Where they cut a whole lot of details so it'd be easier to animate. It doesn't really look bad, but honestly, it looks like that face is just floating in a blob, while B has some nice bone structure adding to a shaped face.

In other words, B looks like Savage Dragon drawn by Erik Larsen for a comic book, and A looks like Savage Dragon drawn cheaply for the cartoon.

The left, if only because the silhouette on the right design is baffling. Why would you create a character that totes around a giant gun like that and not give them a top-heavy form? It worked perfectly for the Heavy in TF2, are Blizzard's designers just that incompetent? She is all leg when she should be more arm. On top of that she gets a suit that doesn't complement the gun, a tattoo that won't ever been seen, and a haircut that could have been used to fix her shitty bottom-heavy silhouette.

The girl on the left wasn't built for that weapon. I don't hate that design compared to the one on the right but it could use some work as well.
