Does Arsène have the most interesting design of the starting Persona?
I want there to be some way to keep him useful throughout the game. The starter Personas are often really cool but you never get to actually use them (at least until you get to fuse a super-version in NG+).
Every Persona game does. 4 had Izanagi-no-Okami, which is actually pretty shit because you can't level it up much. 3 had two; Orpheus Telos and Messiah. 2 had prime personas, and 1 just had ultimates for everybody.
P4 had the best starter persona.
P3 had the best protagonist. (The male one)
Let's see what P5 excels in.
Yeah, but you can't fuse it until NG+, which means most players never get to use it.
Persona 3 was a little better about it. Messiah is entirely available in a normal playthrough by fusing Orpheus and Thanatos together (and looks like a combination of Orpheus and Thanatos, which is kind of cool).
I hope there's some way to keep Arsene relevant throughout P5, because he looks awesome and I want to keep using him.
He looks like Miles Edgeworth if he were to transform into a demon persona and wear a top hat.
P3 did NOT have the best protagonist
Let me add to this
>Personas might be based off of thieves
Who else is there?
>P4 had the best starter persona.
I would much rather an Apollo. Arsene looks pretty good though.
It's been around for a while, mate.
I really wonder if this game will keep the fusion system from IV and Devil Survivor. Because being able to pick the skills that get passed is a massive time-saver. It also allows me to break the fuck out of the game balance by not having to spend twenty minutes shuffling and hoping to get the skills I want.
There was a Famitsu article or something about Persona 5 that came out a few days later
Do it for the style points.
Just like how you're supposed to beat SMTIV with the starter clothes for style points. Pic related, this design still makes me wet.
Whats wrong with Red and Black?
Get the fuck out of here you chaos piece of shit
A Sherlock persona is a sure bet, since phantom thiefs always have a detective chasing them, and Sherlock was a canon antagonist of Arsene until Doyle forced Leblanc to change the name.
