The mech can almost fly that fast without the boosters. They're just added on for extended rapid deployment so the mech doesn't have to stop and recharge its engines every half a minute.

Macross Frontier is basically built around homages to the original show, so it will be fun to gob back to the original.

Giant robots are the shit, I've loved them since I was very small.

But Armored Core has never done anything for me. The controls never felt good to me, and the robots never looked cool to me. I'm not sure why I feel this way, I'm not saying the game is shit or anything, because I haven't played one that held my interest long enough.

I just want a really good/cool giant robot game where I feel like a giant robot.
