This manga completely emotionally broke me and allowed me to rebuild myself into a much happier person and a social butterfly.
Also opened up my potential to be pretty.
It reconnected me with an innocence I've forgotten.
I don't want to read it again, I fear its powerful effects
Damn you milk

So, it was Kino? As in Кинó?
>>2354031
What does that mean?
Is this the thread where we talk about how we got into yuri? Strike Witches got me into yuri with Eila and Sanya.
>>2354035
Did it change any fundamental part of yourself?
>>2354037
It helped me understand that there was some good in the world and be slightly less depressed.
>>2354029
I didn't have such a strong reaction, but I do reread Girl Friends every 6 months or so. Also it made me want to actually browse Yuri sites along with Sasameki Koto
>>2354029
I'm prettier.
>>2354059
Prove it!
>>2354059
Yeah, you're the prettiest anon ever.
>>2354059
You may be prettier now, but we all know what will happen once your metabolism slows down.
>>2354066
Lol
I felt nothing reading it, funny. Madoka was the opening point for me, then Aoi Hana.
>>2354059
If you don't stop eating too much, you'll grow some flab-flab

Just by chance Girlfriends and Husky and Medley were the first 2 things on the /u/ sticky I ever read, and unfortunately I have yet to read anything I thought was as good as either of those 2.
Or at least, nothing that isn't still ongoing (Bloom into you is great). Anyone know anything like thesee that has completed it's run?
>>2354029
This is my Yuri Bible. I have it on my bookshelf. Sasameki Koto, too. I'm still waiting for english edition of Octave.
>>2354288
search for eiki eiki on dynasty
Maybe saki?
I don't really know what got me into yuri exactly, I was just tired of seeing every girl in every anime ever just be a generic doormat who immediately needs the self-insert MC to come save her in every situation ever. Which led me to more "strong female protagonists who don't need no man" which eventually somehow ended up in yuri.

This manga helped me realize I liked girls. I remember reading it for the first time and all I could think about was having a cute girlfriend, going shopping, and doing our make-up together.
>>2354413
>and all I could think about was having a cute girlfriend, going shopping, and doing our make-up together.
Did you succeed in achieving this, anon?
>>2354414
I did!
>>2354418
Yay!
>>2354029
good for you!
>>2354602
This is /u/, which so happens to be probably one of the least spiteful parts of the site.
Trust me, I'm sure you'll get plenty of hate if you bring up stuff like cross ange.
Kannazuki no Miko honestly made me gay.
>>2354730
>least spiteful
someone doesn't visit the recent release and general threads.or a certain chinese webcomic thread
>>2354758
If you do something spite-worthy, you get spite. Who would have figured?
Based on a true story.

Hanjuku Joshi is on the same level. Those 2 are classics for sure.
>>2354804
You know it's funny you mention Hanjuku Joshi. I was going to mention that I also read that one and I loved it, but oddly enough I found I only cared about the student-teacher relationship side-plot.
The main couple was cute and all and it was a great read, but I was just so much more engrossed in the side story. I just found it to be such a well written and interesting relationship and set of characters.
It's also super wierd for me because I'm usually not into age gap or student/teacher stuff at all. Usually that stuff is honestly kind of a turn off for me, but I guess that was an exception for me.

>I was going to mention that I also read that one and I loved it, but oddly enough I found I only cared about the student-teacher relationship side-plot.
I totally get what you mean. Chitose and Yae were adorable together, but I'm a sucker for complicated relationships in these kinds of stories and the teacher/student pairing scratched that itch.
>>2354300
Also, thank you for your recommendation. I really liked the first one even if it was short.I didn't have the courage to dive into Sci-fi meta space yuri that's double societal yuri though.
>>2354029
I regularly reread Girl Friends and Sasameki Koto.
I recently just finished like my 20th read through this one. I'm planning on rereading Sasameki Koto soon.
>>2356775
20 times? Wow, I've only read it, maybe, twice?
Is mod-induced auto-saging real? Why can't I bump this thread?
>>2356775
>Sasameki Koto
Isn't really all that good.
