They're all attractive in their own way. The one you mentioned for the reasons you mentioned, the assertive girl domming the older woman, the smoker caring for the domestic abuse victim.

Actually that's the pairing I'd enjoy less for several reasons.

In the first place, smol seems very stupid in her two lines ("You're making my son fail in his studies" because...?), which makes her not very likeable.

Secondly, the son seems to be integral to the story, but if even the author doesn't really care for him, there's no real point in having him there interacting with the main characters. I mean look at him. He's even drawn in less detail.

There's also the fact that this specific plot is less impactful than the other two. In the first, the mom looks on the verge of having her defining values tested, while in the third, the mere fact that the girl suffers from domestic abuse is enough. This, on the other hands, is just "muh son's grades".

Lastly, there's fainting, which is a pet peeve of mine as I consider it absurdly overused by serious yuri and has always seemed to me like an easy way out of a dramatic moment.

These are all issues that could go away as the story is developed, so I'm still looking forward all of them either way.

Other than the short part, that actually describes quite a lot of mothers I've met.

Self-blogging: Hell, I've had a very angry mother call my family to bitch about how the part I worked on in a group project ended up not turning out how we expected. Called me a idiot, failure, etc. and questioned my parents parenting. Her kid was actually much less irrational about the situation and we worked together to solve the problem. This happened when I was 10 years old.

There are some practical reasons for kanji, but there's not that many words that are spelled the same that can't be easily distinguished in context. Same way words in english have multiple definitions that can sometimes be vastly different.

To elaborate on why this anon is wrong, kanji has two sets of readings, on'yomi (Chinese-based) and kun'yomi (Japanese-based). On account of the Japanese written language having its origins in being imported from Tang dynasty China, many abstract concepts (in particularly compound ones) have no traditional/phonetic Japanese expression and are basically only communicated in terms of compound kanji read in on'yomi.

They can first try to approach a relationship by seeing each other as substitutes.
