One day we'll see official material from NanoFate's middle and high school days, right?
>>2339747
I'd rather have more loli nanofate.
Even granny nanofate sounds more interesting than teen nanofate.
>>2339755
Won't say no to that either. The movie(s?) better deliver
Fuuka has the cutest butt.
>>2340069
Hayate has the cutest butt. I don't have any pics to prove it, but my heart knows.
>>2340069
Fuuka has the cutest tummy.
Fate has the cutest butt.
>>2340091
Fate butt best butt.
>>2340123
Fate has the best family
>>2340282
Vivio is so lucky.
>>2340306
It is a shame she ended up being such a disappointment.
I saw that there is a Fuuka and Ein doujin coming but it's not Yuri.
Einhart use to be my favourite of the neo-nanohas. Now I honestly don't know, it's like there's nothing left of her character anymore since VS (and possibly the antecedents of that change in the last Vivid chapters, before that anon reminds me again, heh).
I would be happy if they kept her character from before Yumina appeared and the Vivio fight.
>>2339747
I think that the time for that has passed, interesting as it is... there will be no High School drama outside of doujins.
>>2343046
Who is that? Is that Yumina NTRing Rinne?
>>2343055
I don't think so, she looks young.
>>2343055
Yumina wants all the strong girls in her harem.
>>2343065
She knows that Fuuka will soon surpass Ein.
>>2343056
Looks like loli Yumina.
What a dangerous creature.
>>2339719
>nyaa.si
>>2343046
Awww, poor tree.
>>2343108
They're a little young to be adopting a child.
>>2343111
But not too young to get Yumina'd, just ask Vivio.
>>2343111
Nanoha was 19 when she adopted Vivio.
Nove was 18 when she adopted Fuuka.
Teenage adoption is a real issue in Mid.
>>2343119
Rinne wouldn't allow it. She would legit murder her.
>>2343121
They watched the Nanoha movies and wanted to copy her.
>>2343124
Is Nanoha a bad influence?
>>2343126
She's always been a bad influence. She taught an entire generation to be violent and get into fights.
>>2343128
And Subarus. Eh I mean dykes.
>>2343129
Sub also influenced Tea to be violent.
>>2343128
At this point Nanoha has taught and dirtied like three different generations.
Earthlings are going to be the downfall of Mid.
>>2343133
She even controls the Jesus Christ of that world.
>>2343135
Not that it matters, Space Jesus is super lame.
>>2343139
She isn't lame. Just you wait till they fix what Nanoha broke.
>>2343141
She is lame. Whatever may happen in he future won't change what she is now.
I mean, she used to be so cute and strong and look at her now, she is a support character on her own show.
>>2343145
She's just having a rough year, everyone does. She'll be back better than ever when she gets over her slump.
>>2343147
I doubt it. She already got replaced with better characters.
>>2343151
I'd be fine with Fuuka becoming the next Jesus Christ.
>>2343154
I wouldn't mind pledging my soul to her. She does look cute when in pain, she would probably look hot on a cross.
>>2343155
She lost a tooth for your sins.
So is it ever confirmed by the creators of this series that Nanoha and Fate are homos with each other?
>>2343235
Both Yukarin and Nana said so, and there was that official wedding art from a while back.
>>2343235
Yes, they're even officially married. If you're asking about NanoFate being exclusively lesbians, technically they can still be bisexual I suppose, but there is no evidence for that, and they're too committed to their relationship for that to matter.
>>2343260
I don't need to argue semantics or anything, just curious about the official state of their relationship. Do you have a source for the marriage thing?
>>2343246
>that official wedding art from a while back
Wait, what? How did I miss this? Got sauce?
>>2343266
There're at least 5 official NanoFate wedding artworks, check the boorus.
>>2343271
If that's the A's versions, then I don't think they are the legal age to get married in Japan. Plus, is Fate a naturalized citizen? How does that work for clones, anyway?
>>2343273
But their living on Mid-Childa, so why would marriage laws in Japan apply?
Aaaaaand here we go again
>>2343273
Their canon marriage is after StrikerS, that's just a celebratory image, but knowing them they mas as well have had some sort of not legal ceremony when they were younger, I can see Hayate forcing them to wear a wedding dress and a suit at some moment.
>>2343273
I'm assuming the "10" means 10th anniversary, so that'd put it at 2014. That's well past Nanoha living in Midchilda, where there don't seem to be legal ages for anything. It's kinda fucked up once you think about it.
>>2343263
When Nanoha and Fate adopted Vivio at the end of StrikerS, only Nanoha was registered as her guardian, and Fate as her godmother. For both to figure as her guardians they had to be married, and that only happened during Vivid for the first time, and has been repeated in characters bios and the Movie 2nd commentary track as far as I recall.
>>2343279
When a 9 years old girl can join their military to get stabbed by a robot, the minimum age required for marriage must be the last of their concerns.
>>2343282
But look at the size of Nanoha's tits, or lack of. It must be pre-Strikers, at least.
>>2343296
Transformation magic is always a possibility, we all know they both must be using that too spice their sex life.
>>2343304
Sometimes Nanoha needs a nostalgic taste of that loli-Fate ass.
>>2343304
It's a dressup with kiddo NanoFate, obviously.
>>2343235
No, they have not said anything on that matter of substance. Rather annoying really, since they have done just about everything else and it's rather opaque what it happening.
>>2343246
You know, I wish that they were part of the writing staff. It more or less end a rather pointless debate.
That being said, voice actors opinions on characters are near meaningless otherwise. They don't control their character's direction by much unless they toss stuff in and the production let's it stand.
>>2344289
>No, they have not said anything on that matter of substance.
Pretty sure the staff has been referring to them as a married couple for years in live events, that's old news.
>You know, I wish that they were part of the writing staff.
The main writer, Tsuzuki Mazaki, doesn't participate of live events, but that has no relevance, all Seven Arcs staff represent the franchise in official events and publications.
>and it's rather opaque what it happening.
There is nothing opaque about it, NanoFate is one of the biggest and most famous married couples n the yuri genre, their marriage is part of the plot and has been confirmed several times starting with Vivid and the formation of the second generation of the Takamachi family. Even Vivio and Einhart getting married in the future is confirmed too now, and next year I couldn't be surprised if the same formula gets used on Fuuka and Rinne.
>>2344434
>Even Vivio and Einhart getting married in the future is confirmed
Are you sure?
>>2344441
Vivio will marry Miura and Miura will change her name to Einhart.
>>2344441
Yes. Einhart is a polygamist and Yumina will be her second wife.
>>2344441
Apparently that interview preceded most of the Yumina/Haru-san teasing on Vivid Strike, so who knows what they're thinking. We're still getting some official pictures with Vivio and Haru-san together, but they don't have much time alone together anymore, so if someday they do get together they will have to put more time developing that relationship further.
>>2344447
I'm worried that this is what makes more sense with the latest developments.
>>2344434
These things might all be jokes, not things meant to be taken literally.
>>2344491
Naw, that guy is nuts, this anon seems completely normal.
All of us want more NanoFate "text" I'm sure.
>>2344508
Even after becoming canon most of the NanoFate romance is demoted to subtext or to a few panels in the recent mangas, and now that Nanoha and Fate are less relevant (or even inexistent) in each new installment other than the third movie it's not likely to see more of them having new intimate moments.
>>2343272
Shouldn't Nanoha's bust size be way bigger?
>>2344519

Fate IS a one-dyke commando, after all. Betting on Signum too.

>>2344592
If Nanoha actually loses this that would be depressing considering just in the previous chapter Vivio's punches weren't doing shit to her.
Does this qualify as domestic violence? Will someone have to call magical social services?
>>2344673

They were doing emotional damage, no child should punch their mother(s).

Japanese fans seems to agree that 29th May is the day Nanoha and Fate exchanged their ribbons but I've never seen them showing the date for that in the anime. Anyone knows where the date comes from?
>>2348958
It's not the date the episode aired, so it must be listed somewhere. This franchise is giant, I wouldn't be surprised if it was casually answered once in one of the hundreds of magazine articles Nanoha had had during the years.
>>2348974
It might be something you can figure out by working back from Christmas Eve in A's.

>The main writer, Tsuzuki Mazaki, doesn't participate of live events, but that has no relevance, all Seven Arcs staff represent the franchise in official events and publications.
True, but that is neither here nor there. Yukarin and Nana have very little control of what the writers do with their characters and since they are not part of the team that does the writing.
Tsuzuki Mazaki is and doesn't to live events, barely does interviews as far as I gather.
> Pretty sure the staff has been referring to them as a married couple for years in live events, that's old news.
You know, every time that I have fired up ye'ol google on the subject, it's been nothing more than third hand accounts and tons of speculation.
> their marriage is part of the plot and has been confirmed several times starting with Vivid.
What marriage?
They are a family unit, I'll give you that. Something that Vivio mentions personally several times is not something that I can refute (or want to for that matter).
Beyond that, you're slipping. It whole lot of assuming without anything concrete to verify that. It's not like either of them where a ring, have pics of the ceremony, or something else that would lay that to rest.
>>2344491
>You sound like the guy who only likes MSLN and A's and denies everything that happened after that.
No, if I did I would NEVER mention Force and I have on several occasions when discussing the franchise.
Happy birthday Hayate
>>2352650
>No, if I did I would NEVER mention Force and I have on several occasions when discussing the franchise.
That isn't helping at all since Force is complete bullshit, basically one emo boy wetdream wher ehe gets a nude girl in first meeting and Final Fantasy tier villains looking like a joke.
>>2352650
>they are not part of the team that does the writing.
They're still under contact and represented Seven Arcs in official events, it doesn't matter what their specific roles on the animated series were.
>it's been nothing more than third hand accounts and tons of speculation.
That's no speculation, you should have people commenting on the mentioned events and articles on blogs, twitter, and I don't know if there is some sort of 2chan archive. If you discarded all that because they were from third hand accounts and "you weren't there", you're no better than anti science creationists.
>What marriage?
NanoFate's. Someone explained that to you again in this thread: >>2343285
>It's not like either of them where a ring
That's inconsistent, they're shown wearing their rings in some official artworks, but most times they're not, and no other married person in Mid wears rings either.
>have pics of the ceremony
A couple came out when they announced it, check this thread.
>No, if I did I would NEVER mention Force and I have on several occasions when discussing the franchise.
That's kind of surprising, most people in this thread should've expected that you didn't know about that manga since you seem to be not very familiar with the franchise.
>>2352710
> it doesn't matter what their specific roles on the animated series were.
It does since, as I pointed out earlier, it really up to the production to let them get involved if anything. For anime that is extremely rare that any voice actor gets involve in guiding the character writing, direction, series plot, etc. and even if they would try, the production can easily stop that from being a thing.
>If you discarded all that because they were from third hand accounts
I get no choice in that matter, simply relying on fan's isn't much of an information channel because of the speculation involve. And the fact that this is all separated by a language barrier doesn't help by much.
If you have something that is more concrete other that asserting the point as if it is fact, I would be rather pleased.
> That's inconsistent, they're shown wearing their rings in some official artworks, but most times they're not, and no other married person in Mid wears rings either.
Yeah, that is the problem really... Seven Arcs has, for the most part, not tried to do anything that is consistent. There is a rather good reason for that, which you are proving right here. By letting fans go off on a wild tangent keeps people having interest in the franchise.
> A couple came out when they announced it, check this thread.
You would think that is would be something that is referenced in-universe since it is just a huge thing for the two of them. Apparently not, unless it's in doujin's (most of which are outside Seven Arcs control) there is not a word of it. Even in Vivid and Vivid Strike, were most excuses to not say anything happen to be the least.
>>2352784
>It does since, as I pointed out earlier, it really up to the production to let them get involved if anything. For anime that is extremely rare that any voice actor gets involve in guiding the character writing, direction, series plot, etc. and even if they would try, the production can easily stop that from being a thing.
What they have been involved on doesn't change the validity of the statements any of them make, they're acting as official representatives while in live events, they're technically spokeswomen.
>because of the speculation involve.
That's not speculation, all the material officially published in physical or digital media are canon, and NanoFate's marriage is canon starting with Vivid as /a/ and /u/ always tell you. The only speculation is your theory of Seven Arcs mounting a fake marriage where they got everyone from their staff and the fans involved.
>You would think that is would be something that is referenced in-universe
And that doesn't make it less official, that only makes it subtext if you're only counting in-universe narrative. And this was to be expected, most of the romance in Nanoha is not very plot relevant and happens off-screen, and Nanoha and Fate are barely a part of this franchise by the end of the timeline.
> Even in Vivid and Vivid Strike
Specially in Vivid and Vivid Strike.
>>2352784
>If you have something that is more concrete other that asserting the point as if it is fact, I would be rather pleased.
Give up and please don't press the point, this always leads to incredibly autistic flamewars. Basically there is that voice actress interview, the early Vivid chapter, none of which is rock-solid IMHO, but some people will argue with you to death, so it is better to ignore i and keep thinking what you want.
There will also be lots of "read the archives" "it has been proved time and time again"... I think some people basically get neurotic over the question because of wanting it to be true and at the same time being unable to accept the notion that the writers/producers would not want to actually confirm it for reasons.
>>2352878
>I think some people basically get neurotic over the question because of wanting it to be true and at the same time being unable to accept the notion that the writers/producers would not want to actually confirm it for reasons.
Whatever makes its way into canon is information that is conveyed by the writers, producers and the rest of the team, so you should take the manga as confirmation from them. You don't need each arbitrary person hired at Seven Arcs at any given moment to tell every detail directly to you because you don't believe anything else.
>so it is better to ignore i and keep thinking what you want.
The great thing about canon is that it's true no matter if you personally want to believe in something else, so if you want to be the second anti marriage crusader you're welcome.
>>2352878
>Give up and please don't press the point, this always leads to incredibly autistic flamewars. Basically there is that voice actress interview, the early Vivid chapter, none of which is rock-solid IMHO, but some people will argue with you to death, so it is better to ignore i and keep thinking what you want.
Vivid chapter 1 alone is definitive evidence of their marriage, everything else just proved they were committed to it.
If someone is neurotic it's you for jumping on us every chance you come here, if you don't like yuri marriages just get out of our board.

Good we're talking about Thief Manager, because I was just catching up, and here is it, the moment when Einhart's heart was taken forever.
It now belongs to Yumina and she will never let it go. Einhart is her property now.
Just look at the others, they know what's going on.
>>2344447
This anon is close, but gets it wrong.
Just look at that wink, what a player.
I don't think we have to worry about Vivio, her heart will also be taken in time.
Damn, I remember the time before Yumina first appeared (in the chinese raws/spoilers). I liked Vivid then and everything felt so safe (we didn't yet know how the ridiculous the "legend" to the Einhart fight with Vivio would be, too).
Einhart was still serious & unbrainwashed and Force didn't look so hopelessly abandoned yet, either.
These producers/writers will make me into another Bitch-kun soon. At least without the "was shut in psychiatric ward for three years due to violence incident", hopefully.
>>2354956
But Force being canned was a good thing.
>>2354995
IMHO not, now we are stuck with just interquels and endless spinoffs or worse, remakes, because they don't want to draw attention on the "hiatus" problem.
>>2355000
Interquels are still new content and everyone has been clamoring for new stuff before the timeskip. I'd rather have them stop with continuing the Nanoha timeline after Vivid for a while than keeping the mess that was Force.
>>2355007
I don't think Force was such a problem. They just needed to man up and somehow finish it, even if it was somewhat faster than they planned (no Banana no Nana please).
>>2355015
No. It's best if they completely disregard Force beyond the device redesigns. That was the only decent aspect of that shit show.
Force did inspire some delicious yuri, though.
>>2355000
The problem isn't that they got rid of Force, which was utter garbage. The problem is they never replaced it with anything.
Vivid was always intended to be the light, low-stakes series to accompany the more serious, darker 'main' series. But when Force bit the dust, they didn't come out with a new 'main' series, so Vivid was left to fill the void.
>>2355131
Why does Nanoha even need a mainline continuation in manga form anyway? It will only be subpar because Nanoha needs to be animated. Both manga should be only considered spinoffs.
>>2355165
>Why does Nanoha even need a mainline continuation in manga form anyway? It will only be subpar because Nanoha needs to be animated
When something has a manga and a anime, almost always the manga version is superior. For Nanoha the only manga that has a direct adaptation is Vivid, and we all know how that went.
Also it's not like Seven Arcs is a particularly good animation studio, and from what we have seen the third movie isn't as well animated as its predecessors.
> Both manga should be only considered spinoffs.
What do you mean? Vivid was announced once as a spinoff, but that doesn't make it be not canon or less important than the rest of the series or its animated counterpart. And Force is unofficially canceled, but it's still canon until Someone from Seven Arcs states the opposite.
>>2355210
>When something has a manga and a anime, almost always the manga version is superior
That's awfully short sighted of you to say. That's only the case when the manga is the original source material and Nanoha as a franchise is originally an anime, not counting Triangle Hearts of course. And even then that is the result of an adaption just being a cheap, brainless retelling that doesn't bring anything new to the table by being an anime.
Nanoha's charm lies partly in the way it is directed, not even just the animation and story.
The slightly eerie atmosphere with darker backgrounds, the bright colors and magic effects, the sound effects, bgms and Nana songs, the voices acting and such are all an integral part of the Nanoha experience that cannot be replicated by a manga format.
"Nanoha" is never just the story or art but rather the whole experience with its style set by the first anime season. This has nothing to do with the quality of the manga adaptions but I can never see a manga being fully "Nanoha" simply because they are different mediums.

Force went to a better direction towards it's end.
Maybe, if given more time, it would have become a passable successor, but by then too many people got turned off.
>>2355227
I have the feeling most people didn't read the manga to that point.
>>2354956
I remember force being cancelled way before Yumina made her first appearance but I am probably remembering it wrong. At the very least, after the shitstorms that were the Signum and Hayate's defeats the fanbase at large seems to have stopped giving a shit about it.
Regardless, I like the spice that Yumina added to story. As you said, vivid before her felt safe, it was boring and predictable. Speculation about who Yumina was and the impact she was having in the main ship made discussing spoilers entertaining again, specially in the drought of translations we had, not to mention she ended providing much needed character development for Einhart. You are free to dislike her new personality but you can't deny that Haru-nyan is a much original and entertaining character than the Fate 2.0 she was at the beginning.
>>2355277
>As you said, vivid before her felt safe, it was boring and predictable
That's not how I meant it.
Also I don't think Einhart "grew" through that, she just lost most of her specifics, from what I saw from further Vivid chapters and particularly Strike, she now just smiles, acts smug, but as a character she is now flatter and more shallow than you would ever expect, even considering what sort of manga Vivid is. She really seems like a brainwashed shadow now.
>>2355854
Is sad as what could be an interesting manga about love between reincarnations, it takes many stupid decisions
A tournament bow is almost always an excuse to burn time, In the Manga the fights are really boring (the Anime does a better job in that sense)
In the end it all boils down to a joke and a story that has been running for several years now has reached almost nowhere
I seriously wonder if this new interest in animating Nanoha again is the result of Dog Days not working the same way
>>2355854
She didn't lost most of her specifics, she barely had any specifics to begin with. What she did was stop acting like a bootleg Fate.
>>2355913
Yeah, how many times I wished I could have been in the shoes of the guy who was making up the story. In this and Vivid Strike too. The premise could have been used much better.
With S1/S2/StrikerS, I never had those thoughts.
>>2355966
A problem is the format, in the Animes was only a year with the story
But the manga has been going all these years and has not reached anything conclusive and seems to have forgotten that had a "plot" between training, tournaments and people naked
Vivio and Ein could have been a good thing, but the only thing they did was insinuate NanoFate 2.0 and the fandom fill the holes
Vivid Strike is a big improvement over what they did not do with Vidid
It feels as if even the Staff surrendered and decided to send the trash to Vivio and Ein
>>2356528
Signum losing (but not dying!) I did not mind. The case of Hayate was so full of shit though.
>>2356976
I for one welcome our motordyke overlords.
>>2357189
I like dykes on bikes.
>>2344592
Wait what? Vivio and Nanoha are fighting for some reason? What's the context of this? What's the basic summary of what happened recently in the Vivid raws (i can't read asian)
>>2357458
Takamachi-style parenting.
>>2357458
Maybe Vivio hit her rebellious phase.
That would be a fun arc.
>>2357458
Well, summary is that Vivio wants to prove something by having a match against mom.
If this makes more sense in the manga than it does in the summary/raws+brief posts by moon-readign anons, I have no idea.
Isn't Nanoha probably capable of destroying a planet by farting by this point, though? This sounds like trying to test out your pistol by firing at a nuclear warhead. Although I admit I haven't read Strike yet, so I don't know if Vivio has made huge jumps in power.
>>2357539
>>2357539
It's still some sort of a training/sport or even promo match, so Nanoha probably has some strong limiter. Else she wouldn't get punched around so much (felt so wrong, really - I think this plot idea was a mistake, even if fans want to see Nanoha in any action).

>the daughter of the protagonists has appeared in none of the CM
>the new girlfriend of her ex has appeared in both of them
I am starting to think someone doesn't like Vivio.
>>2359689
How could you suggest such a thing?
>>2359689
Everyone loves Vivio.
>>2359689
Quite fishy indeed. I was gonna say that the shuffling probably means Vivio will be in another one, but this why Yumina twice (new character needs to be pushed)? And Einhart, fuck you Tsuzuki.
>>2359689
>>2359891
I love memeing Yumina being the NTR master but this one is pure KR. Those CMs are tied to Sumipe's tv show. They airs right after the show ends and they even put a disclaimer during the CM.
>"This is a Nanoha Reflection movie CM. We have made the special Vivid Strike version to be used for Uesaka Sumire's Yabai marumaru. This CMs will continue for 4 weeks."
>>2359823
Apparently the Staff does not love her
It's sad how Vivid Strike did a better general job in just one season than Vivid in all these years
They even gave us a couple who is a worthy successor to NanoFate
At this point how the hell can you fix Vivid?
Unlike Force, this if you can save (I believe)
The true spirit of Nanoha is to save everyone, everything, even when people tell you it can't be done.
>>2360500
Wah wah wah
>>2360740
>At this point how the hell can you fix Vivid?
Either give it a proper story, or go full SoL. No more endless tournament stuff.
Also, stop introducing new characters and focus on the ones they already have instead.
>>2360753
>Also, stop introducing new characters and focus on the ones they already have instead.
That's never going to happen. Every installment in the series doubles the cast.

Vivid strike didn't
Does anyone have the sword of the day and night fanfiction? I never got a chance to read it before it was taken down

Geez
Say what you want about the "latest gen" of clones, but at least the creators made sure there will be shipping and yuri fanart/doujins.

No, they are the good part
It was Vivio and Ein who failed miserably in the most important part
>>2361938
>yuri fanart/doujins
But isn't Huura male? That would mean Rinne is crossdressing in that doujin.
>>2361975
Agreed. They're probably my favorite new characters since the first half of StrikerS.

anyone knows where I can find more Fuuka x rinne doujin ? I swear they are so hard to find.

I guess they will surpass Nanoha in a year or so.

Limiters.
>>2367229
Limited to rank C or what?
>>2367232
They're probably around rank A with limiters.
>>2367228
It is funny people keep trying to push this shit when we had an entire chapter dedicated to explaining why powerlevels are bullshit.
Also the overall level of skill we see in strike is actually lower than what we see in vivid. Fuuka and Rinne are very talented rookies struggling in martial arts tournaments while Vivio and her friends are all reincarnated legends that have been training for years and fight in mixed tournaments. There is no comparison, just because it is later in the timeline it does not mean the new girls are stronger.

>I think Tsuzuki really likes giving the sad kids better future and happiness, it's the constant theme. Talk shit about him, but that is a sign of a gentle person. I have more respect for him now.
>Also if that is what he wants to put in the stories, then it is obvious why he keeps adding characters usually - he needs new kids
I kind of feel like I understand the the franchise and the writing better now. it kinds of makes sense as motivation behind the choices and the prevalent good ends. He apparently loves to give good ends, even though he made few token bad ones (Reinforce - but note how he tried to soften it as much as possible for Hayate/her in the narration, painting her as going away happily.)
>>2368009
You could also make the argument that he's a masochistic asshole for giving so many kids such sad backstories to begin with.
>>2368021
Err, sadistic, that is.
>>2368022
If he is giving them sad backstories despite wanting them to be happy he is a masochistic asshole.
Whatever happened to Tokoharu?
>>2368024
No idea, the last thing I remember is a Tokoharu Nanohafutadoujin was announced but that never came out.
>>2368293
Yes, that's certainly true. But there are many, many more kinds of challenges to overcome than just 'traumatic history.'
And for many of those characters, said history only happened off screen, before the story even starts. So the most it's doing is serving as a framing device for those characters' personal arcs. The overall story of, for example, Strikers would barely have changed if Teana, Agito, and Erio had less awful histories.
>>2368293
My issue is that he gives them one bad thing. overcome. add new characters, solve via lasers and devine buster, now happy. repeat. he can't write anything else. I'd like to see more development for the cast that's already there but LETS ADD NEW CHARACTERS
>>2368348
I slightly disagree. It is true that he prefers to add new characters but I don't think he can't write anything else or doesn't develop established characters, in fact I think he is at his best when developing the old cast in the background.
Some of the best things that came out of this franchise, like Nanoha and Fate relationship, happened in the background while other characters and their conflicts were being introduced. He has a thing for giving his characters room to breathe and act naturally in all kinds of different situations, almost like they have lives outside of the plot. I don't think this kind of development would be possible if he were forced to keep the focus on the old cast and develop them in a more traditional way.
>>2368421
That's not so much good writing as relying on the audience to write their own fanfic.
Well guys, I hate to dump our situation on you, but I've already done everything I can. Now you've probably got four days to make some sort of miracle happen before this disappears. It's all ready for immediate release if the opportunity presents itself. Good luck.

Not very relevant, but nuclear warheads are specifically designed to be completely safe if someone were to start shooting at it. No one would want to have the things lying around if that weren't so.
>>2370232
Well, they're designed specifically to be safe unless activated by the intended detonation mechanism (shooting a uranium slug into a block of uranium, or whatever). So not just shooting but dropping, burning, shocking etc. won't set it off.
>>2370236
Right, subset of the broader point.
