I'll try to be like Mimika and control myself.

A little underwhelming, but still nice. I can feel the manga is building up to something. Given both its tone, and the fact that this is another split chapter.

I wonder if the fact that Yuzumori's diary was so Mimika-centric will become a plot point...

I can't feel it building up to anything. I love it because it's like injecting sugar to your veins and is lolicon, but I am sure we're not getting an actual purposeful kiss, or any kiss at all that isn't in their imagination.

This manga never let down.

Brief summary:

*Mimika suggests a charm that involves writing her name backwards (surname's Noma, if that wasn't revealed before) without any duplicate letters on a piece of paper, then peeing on it for seven days following a new moon and then burning it. Yuzumori points out that it's probably a curse.
*The two look at the stars and talk about theory of relativity, which leads Yuzumori to get all philosophical about how things won't remain the same forever.

Not really an indication of anything. That's a pretty standard reaction for manga/anime when a character considered beautiful shows up. Also keep in mind that this is Mimika we are talking about, the queen of insane reactions. That she was just able to casually make a mental comment about Ririha suggests that there isn't really much there. Especially considering that this appears to be Ririha pulling out all the stops and dolling herself up as much as she possibly can.

I would honestly be much, much more concerned if Mimika had just blushed heavily and not made any internal comment. If something happens, I very much doubt it will be Mimika being attracted to Ririha. My guess would be that she'll turn Ririha away with relative ease and then Ririha will turn to more drastic measures, like threatening to blackmail Mimika and Yuzu-chan.

That is pretty much a perfect mix of connotation and denotation. I guess you could use "Uwah...! A very pretty kid!" if you wanted, but it wouldn't change much. She is taken aback because she just turned around to find some random, pretty young girl smiling at her. That really doesn't mean much.

Her next like could very well be her smiling and genuinely asking if Ririha is lost. That is what I was getting at. The pretty girl line is difficult to read without whatever happens next. It could be her wanting to molest Ririha, or it could just be a general, generic comment on the sudden appearance of a beautiful young girl.
