Constanze's magic is the same as everyone else's (ie. she still relies on her wand), she's just very inventive with it. Croix's is pretty much that cube magic from Twilight Princess.

Even Croix magic, when no one else could use magic, was more like leftover magic from that one magic stone instead of a "new kind" or anything like that. Croix and Constanze are similar, as they use modern technology and combine it with magic.
