What are some good titles from this genre? So far I've only found Murcielago and Sugar Life, and they aren't even that good. Note that giallo isn't necessarily guro, it's basically gritty and/or edgy thriller-slasher genre.

Giallo is indeed a really broad genre, and despite this I can't think of any other series besides the ones you've already mentioned that fit the bill.
