When she does get in she says it's a hot bath that feels nice, and seems pretty confident.

A few panels later, Touko is super conscious of Yuu, and is actively trying to convince herself that it isn't the time for it.

This is my thought- I was thinking Yuu is going to end up in the spotlight somehow because A: Shenanigans and B: Drama since she actually is starting to have a thing for Touko.

Originally, Touko was never the model student she is now. She basically forced herself to become what she is now to become like her sister, but doing so did put some stress on her.

Touko avoided relationships because she thought being loved by someone meant that she had to live up to their expectations. For Touko, she thinks that loving someone is a form of indulgence while being loved is a chore and she didn't want to have to deal with any other expectations while already having some trouble trying to be like her sister.

She originally liked Yuu because she thought that Yuu wouldn't love her back. The relationship that Touko wants (or thinks she wants) is one where Touko would be able to freely indulge in the act of loving Yuu while not having to deal with the chore of being loved back because Yuu wouldn't fall in love with her.

Touko avoids relationship mainly because there's nobody who really caught her interest. The "everybody only knew the fake her" is just an add-on. The proof is that when she first got interested in Yuu, she went for her immediately even though Yuu had yet to know anything about her.

There's nothing confusing about Touko. Like Yuu, she's not totally self-aware of her own behaviours. This is the "unreliable narration" technique in storytelling. Your confusion came from the fact that you blindly trust their narration instead of looking at what they're actually doing.

Yuu likes Touko and has been falling in love gradually just like any normal person. Do not trust her "I can't fall in love" and interpret it as asexuality. Likewise, Touko likes Yuu and wants to be loved back just like any normal person. Do not trust her "I don't want to be loved back."

Her aversion to being loved back came from the risk of disappointing people. I'm sure most people can relate to this on some level. Everyone has someone whom they only show the most socially-acceptable side to (especially in a professional environment). It's awkward when romance bloomed, because you're afraid that the other person will stop liking you if they find out you're not as neat nor polite like you acted in public. What happen when you really like that person, but are afraid they'll stop liking you? Easy: assuming they never like you in the first place. No expectation = you can't get hurt. You get to fuck them without the humiliation of them becoming disillusioned with you.
