For what it is worth: I replaced every single man in the game with a maid with a dildo.
The mod author would need to make variations of the model using the dildo to get different looking maids.
But this basically makes the game entirely yuri.
It does requires turning your save game into a json, editing stuff with notepad+ and turning it back into a normal save file though. Not nearly as hard as it sounds.

If you ever wanted to lewd your Neps, now is the time.
It would take some considerable effort to turn one of the Neps into the player, and that's beyond me, but it can definitely be done by someone with modeling skills.

Talking about it, the makers are kinda useless. They are just meta reference/homage, but they are pretty bland, boring and don't add anything to the story. There are already so many underdevelopped characters, the makers make it even worse

In mk2 they serve an important purpose as characters supporting Nepgear's cause and the CPUs as citizens of Gamindustri. In the other games they may not have direct plot involvement (due to being DLC) but they manage to have some very entertaining side scenes nonetheless. Only a few Makers stand out as bland (CyberConnect2) and they're the exception rather than the rule.

In R;B1 they're awful but that's because they were jammed into an already sketchy retelling of a game that didn't involve them in the main story. They could have written side scenes for them but Felistella is too lazy for that.

Re;Birth1 is probably the best start. It plays in it's own universe and is not connected to the other games in the series, but you get to know all the characters and it's one of the most entertaining games in the franchise in my opinion.
RB2, RB3 and V-II share the same continuity and should be played in that order.
Neptunia U, Sega Hard Girls and Blanc vs Zombies are fun spin-offs if you want even more Neps after the main games. The Noire game is also a spin-off but it's not recommended.
