Why are the action scenes so obnoxious? Literally nothing makes sense, really. Making Kuroko an invincible superhuman also takes away all the tension. The vehicle action sequences are pure unadultered autism. I mean, cartoon physics don't have to be 100% realistic, but this one takes unrealism to a whole new spectrum. How can people enjoy this?

Gonna rant, I think it's a little unfair for both of these reasons to be the scanlator's faults. These guys were scanlating so English speakers could read an untranslated manga. Now the manga is being officially translated, the scanlators' jobs are done. Rather than waste their time translating a manga that will eventually guaranteed be translated, they could work on other manga that have not gotten a localization announcement yet. CXC is probably proud, their efforts made Murcielago popular in English countries so that it could finally get its official, commercial releases in the states that most Murcielago fans wanted since they fell in love with the manga. You can now support Murcielago's author without importing a copy that you couldn't read since it was in moon.

People also whine and moan and say "but the official translation is so behind, we'll have to wait 2+ years to read what happens next!" Well, if CXC continued scanlating then the official releases would continue to fall behind indefinitely, no one would buy the official volumes, and the localization would be for naught. This abrupt stop is necessary. You'll have to wait a good amount time, but the official translations will catch up one day, trust me.

I'm happy that someone will take up translating Murcielago, I'm impatient and want to find out what happens next, too. But if they drop Murcielago as well, don't lose your minds. Remember that CXC scanlated for free without expecting any compensation. Don't take scanlators for granted.
