I can only read so much Yuri where the two mains spend 50 chapters ashamed of their feelings while balancing homework/exams.

I'm a bit older, so it feels rather disconcerting at times reading Japanese manga because the characters are always in their first or second year trying to reconcile their sexual feelings, i.e. between 14-16 years old. Whereas most Korean manhwa tend to deal with university students or working adults with more mature thoughts and emotions.

If I'm to speculate about the director. I'm guessing they had a thing. The director said she was going to break it off and marry some jackass guy, Mel got pissed pissed with the way it was broken off (she was probably given the line that the person was better than her in the sack, or that she was just playing around with her), and Mel beat the shit out of her in a fit of passion and rage. She regrets the physical violence, and that she got so emotional over the backstabbing bitch, and doesn't want to be reminded of that stuff.

Bc Sues hand is broken she prob cant pursue her career in the hospital and also considering the fact that shes lost Mel, she uses the Dude and marries him to inherit the hospital and shit. Well cheaters if they want they can be pretty secretive about it and their partner will not notice anything.
