Was it glorious? No.

I remember someone here mentioned a new manga by the author of Kodomo no Jikan - Joousama no Eshi and since the last volume recently came out I've decided to check it out.

The plot revolves around 4 MCs: 2 girls and 2 guys who form a manga club. The ones who write manga are guys so the screentime often leans towards them. It has a lot of het fanservice, even hetbait, but girls actually end up together, and not in an ambiguous "several years later they met at some exhibition" kind of way but in a "they banged each other happily ever after" one.

Reasonably speaking, since it's not a Qualidea Code kind of trick, most of /u/ won't even touch it but as someone who read it for yuri I was plenty satisfied with what I've got. I mean, having a girl crushing on a guy but slowly falling for girl is so rare and precious.

It started losing its appeal at that point. To me it looked like the author wasn't sure how to proceed and just started filling up with world development and random situations like the parallel world. Not that it's bad to include this stuff, but it got to the point where it was a bit too much for my liking.

And the the first chapter was weird, but after reading it it was overall kinda cute. And at least we know it doesn't look like a cow's.

Hard to say since the official translation has only just now catch up where the scanlation left off. I haven't read volume 10 yet, but skimming through the few chapters after 65 seem to focus on the main cast (and the lesbians are back too). Volume 11 comes in March so you'll have to wait until then, or if some anon has read the Japanese raws.

I was talking about LN - Itsuka Sekai wo Sukuu tame ni. From the first volume everyone assumed MC was a boy but in the end it turns out she was a girl all along so we got a surprise yuri end. Like in .hack//sign anime.

Haganai ended with Yozora being Sena's butler but nothing in terms of romance was confirmed.

Is there any manga/anime/VN that started out as something light, but then everything goes horribly wrong that ended in character death? And I don't mean Madoka-style where darkness is already hinted since the beginning and things get ugly really fast. I mean something that genuinely made you think it's a Hidamari Sketch or Marimite for at least 1/2 or 3/4 of the season, then suddenly plagued with falling out, betrayal, and possibly deaths.

Aspired non weeb mango artist here. How do I write a good yuri story without making it too cliche and problematic? By problematic I mean offensive to anyone, including fundamental christians and sjw's. I just want to create art without any political message and bias. Any unique plot format I can use?

My advice is always to do what you want and if you think you can undo something that would hurt other people without any negative impact on your story, then you're free to remove it (though again, don't remove it if you don't want to). If you're writing stuff you think is sensitive, maybe talk to people you think it might effect, listen to what they have to say then do what you thinkis right. Unless you are a really big writer, there's a niche for everything e.g I have loved stories about rape victims falling in love while others hate that kind of stuff.

Flipflap has several of the best episodes of anything this year, but the last few could have been better.
