Is there anything Tenchi related that actually has yuri? I like a lot of the female characters, I just wish they were in a show I could care about.
I know the Sasami Magical Girl Club series (pic related) had the one green haired girl lusting after the pink haired girl. But I dropped that show when they introduced the male love interest for Sasami. So I don't know what became of it. And she just seemed to be used for comic relief only anyway.

The girls in Ai Tenchi are kinda into the main girl from what I understand. It tells a story using the Tenchi characters but focuses a lot on the new ones. So I always hated it and never really watched it.

There are a lot of lesbians and bisexual women in the lore. Naja (the women who Washu cloned her children with) was most definitely in love with her. Seto (Ayeka's Grandmother) had her own all female harem for a time and was called the Sapho of Jurai. The new girl in OVA 4, Minaho is rumored to be married or somehow tied to 3 women. (background info on It hasn't been translated yet.)

Also I do want to say... Ryoko and Ayeka share a kiss in the AU. They can kiss in the super nintendo game also.

Plus in episode 2. Ayeka accidently makes Ryoko cum... so its kinda in there.

The creator released a Doujinshi of them raising their children together so basically I am kinda just holding onto hope they keep building that relationship.

But if you want the kind of pure yuri one on one and not bisexuality it isn't in Tenchi. Maybe an AU (Mihoshi and Kiyone) but definitely not cannon.

I always prefered Ryoko/Kiyone to Ryoko/Aeka + Kiyone/Mihoshi. They just seem far better at being opposing personalities than the usual two pairs.

The fact that they're also my two favorite characters from the show also helps.

Back in the day a lot of fanfiction pairing them was done. Doujinshi also pairing them. They aren't as popular as Ryoko/Ayeka and Mihoshi/Kiyone.

Watching Tenchi Universe again after so many years, I have come to realize a few truths. Number 1: Mihoshi is actually the smartest person in the group.

Number 2: Whenever Tenchi isn't around, Ayeka and Ryoko actually get along fairly well.

Number 3: Most of the time, Ryoko only flirts with Tenchi just to annoy Ayeka. It wasn't until the "Adventures in Time and Space" episode 3 where she actually develops legit feelings towards him.

I am pretty sure that Seto isn't anyone's grandmother. If she had any children we would have heard about it by now. She IS married though, but only because the young man asked nicely.

But I bring this up because it is recently revealed that Seto and Naja are the same person. Naja wanted to study Jurai trees and she couldn't get access. She then had a Space " lethal accident" and "died".
And then some Jurai Royalty rescued a baby from the area. That baby was adopted into the Jurai royal family and was named Seto...
