Liked the early chapters a lot with the two main characters. Then it went all Aoi Hana and started bouncing around to all of these side couples that I couldn't care less about. The main characters became so scarce that I don't even remember their names anymore. Unfortunate.

I guess we both have different tastes then. I like the simplicity of each couple's story, it doesn't drag on for too long and it gets to the point when it needs to. Nothing feels rushed and the drama gets resolved neatly and without further complications.

Wow I didn't know /u/ hated it that much.
It's cute as fuck and has great eye candy which is all you can really expect from this kind of yuri honestly.

Really boring. I remembered dropping at ch4 a long time ago, just now tried to give it another chance and couldn't get past ch6. Does it pick up somewhere or the entire thing is like this?

Define pick up. The overall tone hasn't changed and the story still switches focus from one couple to the next every few chapters. The main pair has had some development and we've seen several kisses for the side couples already.

Nah, it can be tricky or quirky or funny or fun. Or sexy. It can do a lot of things with a simple schoolgirl comedy premise.

It's chaotic and can't focus on one specific arc. Like in volume 4 where a good story building was ruined after sudden switch to a story about a "fucking who?" character.

Of course if one anon shits on it first, others will follow suit and vice versa.

The series is practically poetry. Tons of people hate putting effort into reading deeply or probably never even learned how in the first place. It isn't like analyzing literature is an intuitive skill. Not surprising that a bait thread asking for opinions would draw out worms from the dirt. Don't look so closely and you'll see they are all wriggling futilely out of a freshly watered bed of lilies or roses to fit the gardening story.

Imagine if this got an anime adaptation. This scene would be crack to me. I'd watch it every morning and night. Actually it supplied enough key frames that someone with talent could probably animate this into a little 15 sec gif. If someone does I will love them forever.
