They were fine. Some of them were quite long, in fact. The problem w/ the OVAs was that Milky didn't have enough money to do it really well, so they did it okay-ish. They got most of the main arcs, but they really fucked up the mermaid one. They got the girls backwards. I still don't know how they managed to do that.

The manga really never even got going and it's a shame too. I kinda wanted to know what happened and how everything got the way it did. Maybe Kurogane will pick it back up again at some point in time and finish the story.

Mebae basically published graphic het ntr and fans justifiably gave them shit for it. That was in the last magazine and I think its been at least 10 months without a new one. The editor who let that shit fly probably killed the magazine.

Iirc his 4koma girls road trip series doesn't have any (although the recently released collected volume also contains Isuzu's counter (the never completed and often forgotten Shoujo Sect spinoff) and the old "A scheming mom" oneshot).
He also has a running sci-fi series on Manga Time Kirara Forward but I don't see it tagged as yuri neither.

Honestly? He isn't the best writer. Shoujo Sect and Hoshikawa Ginza are by far his most elaborate stories but they suffer from meandering quality.

I love the guy's art and overall direction of his work.
It's a shame he either does very little or there are simply no scanlations.

As far as I know he has an ongoing series on some H magazine, but it isn't even porn, much less yuri. Just cute girls doing cute things, I think. Nobody has ever shown any interest in translating it.

Doujinshi = self published comic or animation or game, btw. It can be either H or not. The thing that makes it a doujin is that it's not published by a publisher or production company.

My theory is that the dude/grill has some sort of real life problem (something like depression) that has tarnished his/her life as an artist. The symptoms kicked in when he/she was finishing Hoshikawa Ginza and have since made a silly-gag-manga-author-published-at-the-end-of-the-magazine out of him/her.

And it's a shame, because any person that loves girls trying to kiss sleeping girls as much as I do deserves better.
