Got curious enough to wade back into the shit-posting, so I dug deep... very deep. Like reading through a Portuguese BDSM fanfiction to find who the author credited the cover image to deep. Which was hard because I don't know Portuguese. It was a cropped and filtered version of pic related.

Artist for the comic went by " 몽베 " or, " @roricman " on twitter according to a tumblr post who looked into it. roricman deleted his account a while ago and took pretty much all the work with it apparently. If the writer of the fanfic was correct in naming the artist for this then they are still on Danbooru at least but don't have a tag for the artist.

In theory everything he made could be there, just have to sort through the few thousand images to find them.
