I don't know if she'll see this but if just like to chime in. You don't really need a powerful rig for digital art for drawing. Vector drawing programs like Adobe illustrator will take up more power so if you use a raster program like Photoshop or Manga Studio you can go even cheaper. If you go more elaborate than the Linework layers and color layers, then yeah, you might need a halfway decent rig, but even then, you can just get a gpu that's a few years old, secondhand and it'll work fine.

I know people who draw on MS surface tablets for fucks sake.

For the tablet itself, if you go desktop, keep an eye on sales because you can find a halfway decent graphics tablet for under $50 fairly easily. I got a Wacom that's normally $100 for $40 on a Black Friday sale. eBay is also an option.

If you can stomach going to Reddit, I think there's a subreddit called HardwareSwap I think. You can actually find pretty good deals on secondhand computer parts there.

It's not a hentai but I think Shirley Madison fits because of the I'm going to say romantic relationship between the two leads, one of which is 28 year old well off Edwardian single lady and the other is orphan 13 year old girl that the lady accepts as her maid of all work. It's done by Kaoru Mori, best known for Victorian Romance Emma and Otoyomegatari (which is shotacon with gorgeous art set in 19th century Central Asia).

Anyway, the manga never makes it explicitly clear the nature of their relationship, naturally since this is a mainstream manga, but, and I might be just corrupted from this place, I think/would like to believe Shirley has a crush on Madame Bennett that extends beyond just seeing her as a mother figure and that she was genuinely jealous the few times her madame had potential suitors. Besides, the manga itself points out how Shirley is often the more sensible/mature of them and madame Bennett isn't the greatest at taking care of herself/her house and the girl is maid servant. Which, admittedly, is another thing that attracted me to the (unfortunately, very short) series - one of my all time favorite relationships is loving /ll/ femdom. This obviously doesn't have the whips and the latex outfits and the like but the gist is there - the older woman gives orders and the girl waits on her hand and foot.

Funnily enough, JP->EN is one of the fields I found "unsavory" material to pay much less than regular boring stuff. Often you get more if you work in things like porn etc. but the rates you mentioned would be on the cheap side even compared to what you can make on run-off-the-mill everyday stuff.
