-shoulder length hair
-has a beauty mark next to her right eye
-always naked or in a state of undress
-Dead eyes? Since all she knows is hentai

/qa/ talked about new things for her, but I don't know if any of the following stuck:

I was under the impression furries got shot on sight on 4chan.

They did, once. That's why there's a global rule banning them on all boards outside of /b/ (because /b/ is about not having rules within legal limits). But at some point /b/ started having furry threads pretty frequently and the /mlp/-joke-turned shitstorm happened, and an actual furry population worked its way in. But they were kept mostly to their containment threads (board in mlp's case).

Then /trash/ was made, which was originally just an amusing board where off-topic threads were sent, for the first little bit. The board didn't have any explicit rules when it was first made, so /mlp/ took the chance to flood it with ponyshit porn (which they couldn't post on /mlp/, as its sfw, or anywhere else because it's banned by global #15). And then the other furries around started posting furshit there and the board basically became literally its name. A place where all the trash other boards ban or chase off goes.

So really, they are still shit on everywhere outside of a couple boards, but since tans are, by their very nature, made by the board in question, they decided on some disgusting amalgamation of furry fetish shit.

The downside of using containment is that you lose that constant harassment and instead get echo chambers that make people all proud and shit of whatever it was that they were being contained for in the first place.

I agree with nearly everything you just said, I have no intention to argue with you, and I really don't want to start a shitstorm over nothing. But considering where you are posting this and the history of society's treatment of female homosexuality, there is something rather ironic about advocating harassment to keep the pride down.

A fair enough view. But I think for 4chan in particular it represents a fairly crucial part of shaping the website's (or a specific board's) culture. Thea admonishing of newfag-like behaviour at least somewhat protects a certain level of quality and promotes a specific sort of posting so you don't end up "with ppl typing like.... this lol... ._.;;". 4chan is by no means a secret club, but when disliked tendencies are something that people get flak for, they'll avoid them. Certainly this has been used historically for negative things, but it's also been used for positive things as well, like the pedophilia >>2121780 brought up.
