Basically she's not silly; she's plain childish. I have very hard time taking her and her friends seriously because of her behavior. I romanaced Sera as an Elf mage on my second playthrough just to see if it lived up to the sheer amount of butthurt I'd seen, and instead I ended up liking her. She's childish as shit but it's a clear defensive mechanism and I'm ok with that.

Hmm, this reminds me how I've read an asslong and not very good fanfic "novelization" of SoA (of course, after few years and getting rather derailed by orgies in underdark), the author dropped it or lost interest.

He had the protag female elf shack up with the Rose prostitute from the Bridge District, Imoen with Viconia and I think they have them resurrect Dynaheir who turned to the gay side too.

Two CHARNAMEs, the good one romancing Jaheira and the evil one romancing Hexxat. I've found Jaheira's romance to work surprisingly well as a yuri romance by merely changing the pronouns. It's the perfect example of a romance sidequest that was written for a MaleMC but when playing it as a FeMC you realize is in fact entirely gender neutral. Never tried Aerie's and Viconia's as yuri romances, but I reckon these two would need a bit of rewrite to flow better.

Apparently Siege of Dragonspear also has a yuri romance option for good characters, so I plan on going for that too with my good CHARNAME once I'll get around playing SoD.

I made the changes myself. However I don't know how to do it other than brute force with zero compatibility with other mods or even between different versions/updates of the game, so I can't really release it as something usable by others. Still, I can write a small guide on how and what to change if anons are interested.

Aerie gets pregnant but it would be a shame to remove that or anything. It was handled in a stupid way though - there was just a dialogue appearing, end at the end, she had a "baby" item in the inventory which was more or less the end IIRC. Kiddy didn't have a name, there was no further interaction/story/events from it. What a shame.

Question, for the new ME do you think we will be able to choose Ryder's gender? Or will he be able to have romance between the same sexes? Or maybe a human/asari romance?

Of course we'll be able to choose genders. Was already in the first trilogy. Otherwise we'd only have a female Ryder I guess.
And ME3 had legit same sex romances that weren't Asari.

This post also sums up pretty well why I was disappointed with Josephine. She doesn't seem like a powerful or skilled diplomat in the least. She really comes off like a princess of some place or another that just happens to be there.
