There's a bit more teasing yes.

Most notoriously, Katsuragi and Yagyu have finally gone full dyke and there's plenty of teasing between Asuka/Homura and surprisingly, a bit of Daidouji/Rin.

That being said, the most explicit teasing is within the DLC missions rather than the core game. About the lenght, the plot is roughly the same as SK2 but since it has more characters, the Shinobi girl stories are longer than in Versus.

Its main feature is multiplayer though.
