Not sure if I like it yet, but I'll try to translate as I read (caveat: I moved to America in elementary school and have only kept up with my Chinese through family and reading anime subs and manga/LN translations, so my Chinese is not so great) If someone else is willing to pick up translations, please do so.

Going to call this comic Liming You Xingchen for now. It's a play on the characters' names. Liming is 黎明, which has the same characters/sounds as Li Ziming/黎子茗's name. Xingchen = Xin Cheng. "You" means have, so Li Ziming has Xin Cheng.

Just a thought, but Sunshine & Bright Stars, or even Dawn Has Stars (which seems to closely reflect the play on words from their names that you want to preserve), would be better options in helping to make this a memorable title for English readers. I don't know how much the scanlation for Their Story impacted its success or book sales, but if it was left as its romanized Chinese title (Tamen de Gushi) I feel like it would have taken longer to gain traction as word of mouth only goes so far, no matter how good the content is (unfortunately).

It might be best if you'd do it yourself since the scanlation isn't complete and depending on if you want to continue on with this, will need constant updates . It's pretty easy.
You just create an account and then click on Upload Request in the top right.
If you really don't feel like registering i can of course try doing it for you though.
