which ones were yours? Anyway I don't really look that closely at the original art and designs anymore. I think the most important notes are that one's a taller "elegant lady type" and the other is a "tomboy." So usually go with more seductive eyes and luxurious hair on "susan."

Also just copy what Ehryel does. Give her real layers of hair. Don't get too caught up on copying the exact curves but try to keep that more distinct nose and tall shaped face with almond eyes.

it ain't that bad, they're recognizable. I think the trouble isn't recognizing the characters or how you get their details across but just general drawing stuff like anatomy and confidence in your lines could be improved. Look up Proko on youtube, and there's a really good series on learning to draw anatomy that would be a great place to start if you follow their basic lesson plan.

If you're not in the mood to take the lessons though, I'd recommend just drawing more but not thinking about who you're drawing yet. If you wanna learn to draw an attractive body, try just drawing blank bodies first instead of getting caught up in superficial details about character or setting. Once you get your basics down better, you'll be better equipped to make your own scenes.

I shouldn't get too much into an art critique right now but I can see you're studying from real photos but get into real trouble when ti comes to adding a cartoon caricature to the faces. You're still stuck on superficial details and in some spots it looks okay. But like on Susan's eyes there, they're not lined up properly along the tilt of her head, and the other details don't fair much better.

I wouldn't worry too much though, you'll get better just drawing more.

Yeah a while back a /co/mrade suggested I checkout Andrew Loomis and that's what I've been using to study anatomy. It's only just recently that I've been trying to switch to a more cartoony style. I think my latest Chase x Iris is decent and I think the Chase, Iris, Will one is turning out okay but I won't know till its inked and shaded.

I'll just keep giving it a go and try to improve, I do love making content for /u/ after all. Anyway thank you for humoring me.

She's her own person. A real person. Not a game character with a list of attributes that you get to set to your liking. No one's perfect, there's no such thing, and it's easy to forget online that you are privy to only a very small part of Ehryel and Polyle's lives.

I get it. You're afraid that an artist you follow might be artistically pulled in a direction you don't like. But you're not in that circle of people. You probably never will be. If she does change her focus, it's condescending for you to assume she didn't do it out of her own volition.
